- Partial used ticket is NON-REFUND
2. Flexible air ticket (Refundable with change penalty fee) GENERAL rules of change
& cancellation
- Outbound change to LATER flight/date with change fee (THB 2,000-4,500)
- Inbound change to earlier or later flight/date with change fee (THB 2,000-4,500)
within ticket validity
- Fully unused ticket, cancellation fee about THB 5,000- 7,000, refund process
3 months
- Partial used ticket is NON-REFUND
3. Non-refundable air ticket (Fixed flight/date) GENERAL rules of change &
cancellation
- Non-refundable
- Flight/date change not allow both inbound/outbound sectors.
