 Medical
Expense
The Company shall reimburse the insured Person the usual customary
and reasonable medical necessary expenses as defined. incurred
up to the benefit level stated in the Policy Schedule overseas
for injury or sickness suffered by the insured Person solely and
independently of any other causes while abroad.
Medical Evacuation
In case of serious injury or sickness of the Insured Person while
traveling overseas and if in the authorized company who assigned
by ACE, the authorized company shall arrange for evacuation utilized
the means best suited to do so based on the medical severity of
the Insured Person's condition.
Flight Delay
The Company will pay the Insured Person as stated in the event
that the departure of the air common carrier in which the Insured
Person have arranged to travel is delayed for at least 1? consecutive
hours from the time specified in the itinerary supplied to the
Insured Person.
Baggage Cover
The Company shall reimburse for all direct loss or damage due
to accident to the Insured Person's baggage and personal effects
during the trip.
Baggage Delay
The Company shall reimburse the insured Person for the emergency
expenses for purchasing of essential clothing and toiletries if
the check-in baggage accompanying the Insured Person has been
delayed, misdirected or temporarily misplaced by the carrier.
Loss of Personal Money
The Company will pay up to the benefit as stated for the loss
of cash banknote or travel document (including passports and visa)
in his/her possession.
Personal Liability
The Company shall indemnity the insured Person for legal liability
to a third party up to a limit of amount as stated which arising
during the period of insurance as a result of;
1. death or a accident bodily injury to any person.
2. accident loss of or damage to property of that person.
