Airport services & facilities
First Aid
The Vienna International Airport Medical Centre is located
next to the domestic gates in the central terminal building.
Staffed by medical doctors, paramedics and registered nurses,
it provides first aid 24 hours a day.
The Medical Centre is also a WHO-approved international vaccination
centre where all vaccinations and advice on travel medicine
are available around the clock.
Pharmacy
A pharmacy is located in the ARCADE shopping area next to
Terminal 1 and Multi-Storey Car Park 3. It is open 7 days
a week, including public holidays, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Post Office
There is a post office in the Departure Hall, Level 1, Terminal
1, next to the boarding pass control. Business hours: Monday
to Friday 08.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m.
There is another post office in the Transfer Area next to
the boarding pass control. Business hours: Monday to Friday
08.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m.

Luggage trolleys:
Luggage trolleys for passenger use are available at 46 collection
points situated throughout Vienna Airport. They can be released
using a total of 9 different coins in 8 different currencies.
Coins are refunded on return: € 1, € 2, CZK 5, SEN 20, YUAN
10, Swiss Franc 1, Zloty 50.
We recommend you to have one of these coins available on your
arrival in Vienna.
Two change machines are located at the largest collection
point in the Arrival Hall. These will change US$ 1, GBP 5
and € 5 into € 1 coins.
Small shopping trolleys are available free of charge in the
Transfer Area.
Luggage storage and custom deposited goods:
Fees: € 2.70 per item and day or part thereof.
Attention: The luggage storage service is available from 05.30
a.m. to 11.20 p.m.
Safe deposit boxes:
In the luggage storage area, safe deposit boxes are available
to passengers for safe storage of papers, keys, etc. which
they do not need on their trip.
Charge: € 2.70 per day or part thereof for up to 4 days.
Thereafter € 0.80 per day or part thereof.
Bulky luggage:
For bulky luggage (such as musical instruments, surfboards
or bicycles) we charge a fee of € 6.30 per day and item.
Executive Lounges
At Vienna International Airport, there are 10 different
executive lounges at your disposal. You can spend the time
before departure in a pleasant atmosphere where you can relax,
work or watch international TV.
