Cheap airfares from Thailand
1. All rates are in Thai Baht inclusive of applicable country taxes
and security surcharges imposed by airlines
2. Bangkok International departure airport tax (Baht 700) is INCLUDED.
3. Above airfare are based on economy class and its adult fare only,
child (under12 years) and infant (under 2 years) airfare are on
requested.
4. O/W mean One way trip airfare | R/T = Roundtrip trip airfare
5. Ticket validity considers from departure dates (not purchasing
dates)
6. Ticket condition is departure period from Bangkok which clarified
low/high/peak season airfare
Confirmation of Booking
Making an online reservation is easy. Just complete the QUICK
BOOKING FORM, making sure that you give us your e-mail address
and sending it to us. As soon as we receive your request we will
reply within 24 hours. You could also send an e-mail to request
airfare and/or make booking (full name, travel date, visited cities

General Term and Condition
1) Airline has different rules and policies on cancellation and
changes. SaveFlights.com will let you know ticket conditions, cancellation
and changes policies before you buy your tickets. If you have specific
questions, please ask one of our staff before purchasing tickets.
2) SaveFlights.com provides free of charge flight booking service.
3) After booking confirmed, we will email you confirmation indicates:
confirmation code, full name of travelers, travel itinerary, prices,
due date of payment and payment method.
4) Before issue ticket, please recheck correction of your name and
travel itinerary. If there is a mistake and fail to inform us before
issue ticket, any cost occurs will be responsible by passenger.
5) Flight booking will be auto released if no payment received within
given due date.
6) For payment method, you may transfer money to our company bank
account as mention details below in 'payment method section' or
payment by credit card (Visa, Master, Amex) at extra 3% credit card
fee.
7) Since 1 Jun 2008, International Air Transport Association (IATA)
announces that air-tickets from Thailand are 100% electronic (e-ticket).
After payment done, E-ticket will be send via email (E-ticket will
stated passenger name, itinerary, airlines confirmation code and
ticket number). Just print it out and bring for check-in reference.

8) In general, minimum check-in time for International flight is
about 2 hours, however , for USA/Canada flight, we recommend check-in
3 hours before departure.
9) For pregnancy woman, kindly inform us your pregnancy weeks so
that we can inform airline accordingly.
10) Child under 2 years old considered as infant, infant ticket
is no seat, sharing seat with adult
11) Child above 2 years old will get own seat at child rate ticket.
12) Contact for cancellation/refund of air ticket (based on fully
unused ticket only). Please contact us if you would like to cancel
air ticket and process refund, general condition are:
- Fully unused ticket, cancellation fee THB 5,000-7,000 per ticket,
refund process 3 months.
- For partial-used air-ticket is non-refund.
- After we received refund amount from airline, we will notify us
via email
- We will process refund back to your bank account or credit card
according to payment method.

2.3 Visa, Master Card, JCB : EDC machine - Charge
2.75% credit card fee
This option will be available only at SaveFlights.com office Bangkok,
your credit card will be verified by Electronic Data Capture machine.
Therefore, credit card owner has to pick up the ticket by himself/herself.
Payment must be completed before ticketing due date.
Ticket Delivery
1. Electronic ticket (e-ticket): Currently, all tickets
are electronic tickets, unless infant ticket in some airlines are
paper. After payment done, E-ticket will be send via email (E-ticket
will stated passenger name, itinerary, airlines confirmation code
and ticket number). Just print it out and bring for check-in reference.

2. Paper ticket: SaveFlights.com are happy to delivery air-ticket
in Thailand FREE OF CHARGES (In & around Bangkok, we arrange
ticket delivery by messenger, other provinces by EMS (Express Mail).

Important Noted: Upon receiving of
tickets, please check the accuracy of names, itinerary of your tickets/vouchers.

Cancellation/Changes and Refund Policy for

After ticket is issued, in general, airline rules are as follows:
1) Flight/Date change concept (free of charge basis)
1.1 Outbound (departure) flight is able to change to LATER flights/dates
free of charge
1.2 Inbound (return) flight is able to change to EARLIER or LATER
flights/dates free of charge (within ticket validity)
2) Flight/Date change concept (there are change fee imposed by
airlines)
2.1 Outbound (departure) flight is able to change to LATER flights/dates
at changed fee imposed by airlines
2.2 Inbound (return) flight is able to change to EARLIER or LATER
flights/dates at change fee imposed by airlines (within ticket validity)
3) Cancellation and refund policies
3.1 Fully unused ticket, cancellation fee THB 5,000-7,000 per ticket,

Process of refund with airlines takes 3 months.
After we received refund from airlines, we will e-mail notifies
of refunded amounts and then process refund money accordingly via
money transfer or credit card according to your payment method.
Please keep in mind that these are not our rules and penalties -
they are those, which the airline imposed on us. If you have specific

SaveFlights.com reserves the right to charge penalties for any refunds
of tickets because of canceled flights, airline bankruptcies, or
other reason beyond our control.
Passport & Visa
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILTY TO ENSURE YOU ARE IN POSSESSION OF A VALID
PASSPORT AND VISA AND ALL TRAVEL DOCUMENTS ARE VALID FOR TRAVEL.
Airline Reservation Status
HK or OK means the flight and seats have been confirmed by the airline.
HL or RQ means the seats are on request. WL means the flight is
open for waitlist. All times are shown in local time on the 24-hour
clock.
Flight Timings
At the time the booking is confirmed on-line the timings are entirely
accurate, but are liable to be changed by the participating airline.
We strongly advise you reconfirm your return flight 72 hours prior
to departure with your airline direct.
In the event of a schedule change we will try to offer you the
nearest alternative, subject to availability. However, SaveFlights.com
cannot accept any responsibility for re-schedules made by the airlines
either before you commence traveling or en-route.

costs incurred as a result of an airline re-scheduling flights.
