To and from airport
Taxi
Taxis with a taximeter are permanently available in front
of the arrivals hall. The fare from the airport to the city
centre of Brussels is normally around € 30. Licensed taxis
can be recognized by the blue and yellow emblem. Travelers
are advised to avoid unlicensed taxis.
Bus
Bus station is located on level 0 - one floor down from the
arrivals hall - and can be easily reached by using the escalators
or elevators.
Train
The airport train station is located below the terminal (basement
level-1). Up to 4 trains an hour connect the airport to Brussels
North, Brussels Central and Brussels Midi stations. Moreover
there are direct train services to the East, South and West
of Belgium.
Hotel Shuttle
Most hotels in the vicinity of the airport provide free shuttle
buses. These buses pick you up or drop you off on the coach
park on level 0. Please contact your hotel for further details
on the shuttle bus schedule

- Welcome services : corporate meeting point, welcome at
the gate for individuals and groups, welcome desks, taxi

Meeting Services
Brussels Airport offers several reception rooms for your meetings,
presentations and congresses for 2 to 600 participants.
Various reception rooms in the Regus Skyport Meeting Centre
Airport Hotel and in the Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel are
available and can be booked separately or can be set up prior
to or on arrival of your flight
Baggage Lockers
Public zone
Baggage lockers are available on level 0 - bus station on
the left against the fa?ade for anyone leaving the terminal
via the Diamond.
- The use of a locker cost € 7.50 for 24 hours.
- Payment is made with coins of € 0.50, € 1 and € 2.
- A change machine near the lockers exchanges euro banknotes
for coins.
Transitzone
Small luggage lockers are also available in the shopping area
of Pier A, ground floor and 1st floor. These lockers can also
be rented for short periods. The charge is:
- € 1 for 30 minutes
- € 2 for 1 hour
- € 3 for 2 hours
- € 5 for 24 hours
There are change machines at both levels that accept banknotes
of € 5, € 10 and € 20.
Oversized baggage
Oversized baggage can also be deposited on level 0. To do
so please ring tel. +32 2 753 30 13 or use the interphone
which is available free of charge near the lockers.
- Storage costs € 7.50 for 24 hours for 3 pieces of luggage
- For every extra piece of luggage € 2.50 will be charged.
Money
Cash dispensers
Bancontact/Mister Cash dispensers are available in the arrivals
hall and on the Promenade. A fourth ATM is located in the
Pier A Shopping Centre
Travellers' cheques
Travellers' cheques can be exchanged at the bureaux de change
Exchange offices Travelex
Exchange offices are located in the transit area, in the departures
hall and arrivals hall, in the Travel Value & Tax Free
shopping areas in Pier B and near the baggage carousels
Travelex has all the usual currencies in stock. Travelex is
also the right address for buying or selling travelers cheques.
Telecoms
Mobile phones
Mobile phones can be rented or purchased from the Communication
Center in the Arrivals Hall, for use within or outside Belgium.
E-mail and Internet
You can either use your own laptop for direct electronic communication,
or you can use one of the ready-for-use PCs installed at the
Communication Center and at the Airport Forum.
Faxes
Faxes can be sent from special card-operated units located
in all the areas of the airport terminal. These machines are
equipped with keyboards to type messages where needed.
Faxes can be received in the Communication Center, the airline
lounges or in the business centres Regus Skyport Meeting Centre
and Airport Forum.
