To and from airport
Hong Kong International Airport is served by a highly efficient
and comprehensive transportation network. Connected to Terminal
1 (T1) and Terminal 2 (T2), the four-level Ground Transportation
Centre houses the station for the Airport Express trains and
an extensive public transport interchange with facilities for
taxis, franchised buses, and private cars. Passenger for tour
coach, including Mainland Coach Services, and Hotel Shuttle
Bus Services, please proceed to the Coach Station in Terminal
2 (T2) for boarding; while Limousines (both Local and Mainland)
in the Hotel & Travel Agent Limousine Lounge (T1) . Baggage
trolleys can be found at all passenger drop-off points and porter
service is available at the passenger terminal departures kerbside.
Airport services & facilities
Plaza Shower & Relaxation Lounge
After flying a long and tiring flight, you will find the Plaza
Shower and Relaxation lounge a lovely place to freshen yourself
up. Occupying an area of 2,000 sq. ft., the lounge consists
of eight shower rooms, two hair blow-dry rooms, and nine semi-private
rooms for napping. The lounge is located at the Level 7 Departures
West Hall, near Gate 60. Enjoy the facilities and relax before
your next journey.
Airport Authority Customer Services Centre
Located at the Check-in hall between aisle E and F, the Airport
Authority Customer Services Centre offers assistance to passengers
on the whereabouts of airport facilities and other enquiries.
Beauty Salon
The salon provides clients with a wide choice of hair treatments.
e-Message Board Service
Wanna post a message to your friend or beloved one who
has arrived at the airport and is on the way to meet you at
the Arrivals Hall.
Entertainment & Relaxation
Artworks of local renowned artists are on display along the
central walkway (from Gate 20 to 36) at the passenger terminal.
Health & Medical
The Airport Medical Centre, operated by Raffles Medical Group,
is located at Landside Level 6, Room 6T009.
Help Phone & Courtesy
A total of 147 dedicated Airport Authority 24-hour Help Phones
are located throughout the terminal, including the four entrances
along the departures kerb.
